Water STILL on Mars??

In the photo above, you can see the evidence that NASA is now suggesting could point to liquid water still being present on the Martin surface. The photo on the left was taken in 1999, while the one on the right was taken in September of this year. The white like suggests to scientists that water may still exist on the surface..

Space Shuttle Discovery Launching Thursday

The Space Shuttle Discovery will be launching in Florida this Thursday, December 7th. The mission, STS-116, will be "rewiring" ISS, which will involve several spacewalks. The launch is scheduled for 9:35 PM Thursday night, while launch coverage will begin at 3:00 PM. The launch will be shown on NASA TV which is available at the below link:
